What is the turn around time for the tests ordered?
The turnaround time is usually within 7 business days, with an exception during Holiday Season.
Do we need to centrifuge before shipping out the sample?
No, it is not required to centrifuge the sample before shipping.
When can I draw my blood?
Blood draws can be performed Monday through Thursday to ensure proper turnaround time.
How many ml's of blood should be drawn for the test?
Tubes need to be filled in completely. Rejection of specimen is possible if there is no sufficient amount of blood to process.
What is the shipping cost for the test?
The shipping cost is included for our clients (Physicians/Patients).
What is the mode of payment?
We accept Credit Cards (Visa, Amex, Discover and MasterCard) and Personal Check. Infectolab Americas do accept HSA/Health Benefits Card.
Blood Draw & Shipment
Draw blood Monday through Thursday and ship the kit back to us by using the provided shipment bag and overnight shipping label
Receive the report through our HIPAA complaint secure portal. The turn around time is 3-5 business days.
